Decadent Hot Chocolate
The precise measurements (by weight, mind you) are dedicated to Emily Taylor who said she needs them ‘cuz she’s an Engineer! I love that girl!
35 gm bittersweet chocolate (chips are fine)
20 gm heavy cream
205gm 1% milk
9 gm Godiva chocolate liqueur

In a 12oz mug, combine the chocolate and cream. Microwave for about 30 seconds (Don’t walk away, it might boil over). Stir the mixture until the chocolate is fully melted. (I don’t have to tell you to take it out of the microwave first, do I?)

Add the milk to the chocolate/cream and stir thoroughly. Place back in the microwave and heat on high for about one minute. Test to see if it is the temperature you want. If not, microwave in 15 second bursts until it is. (Don’t let it boil—don’t walk away!)

Stir in the liqueur. Enjoy.
